Kasia Pikula-Noble

Kasia is a Yoga Teacher who strongly believes in a holistic approach to life through movement, meditation, yoga, food, relationships and nourishing time in connection with nature.

She grew up in Poland, moved to France to pursue a career as a lawyer and after several years of feeling disconnected in her law career in Paris, she discovered her love for yoga. Kasia left her law career behind and moved to Bali, travelled to India to start her yoga certification courses, met her South African husband and is now sharing her life in between Bali, South Africa and Poland, offering her yoga retreats, workshops and classes.

Kasia believes Yoga is a way of life and as you practice more and more you experience how this magical tool helps to live a more present, aware and connected life. Yoga helped her to find courage and direction in her own life that’s why she wants to share this tool with others who might benefit from it too. She is passionate about traditional Chinese medicine that she often weaves into her Yin yoga classes, she beliefs in the vibrational power of the sound therefore you will often be offered a savasana with a sound of Tibetan bowls or chimes. Kasia loves different styles of moving your body, so apart from linear ad expected yoga asanas you might be offered an intuitive movement episode on your yoga mat to espalier your full freedom to move in accordance to your own, unique body.

As a mother of a little girl and a woman herself, Kasia beliefs there is much power in a yoga practice directed specifically for a woman’s body. Kasia is deeply passionate about working with women, empowering women to live more freely and connected to their inner cycles and nature, breaking taboos about our cycles, menopause, ageing and being a woman. Kasia organises women’s workshops, circles, retreats and running regular womb yoga classes. She believes there is a big power and ritual happening when women gather together, reclaiming their voices, bodies and their full freedom.
