Shedding what does not serve us comes in many forms. This event is held for women to see what comes up to the surface to be healed through these sacred modalities. All are very welcome.
What to bring:
Dress in comfortable clothes you feel good in, extra cozy layers for the sound bath are recommended. It would also be helpful to bring a mug, journal, pen and drinking water.
