Hi,

I’m Christine – your new fitness, yoga and wellness bestie!

I am a certified personal trainer, kettlebell instructor and 500 Hour yoga teacher. My 300 Hour training was completed with Dylan Werner (if you know anything about inversions – you know him) in Austria and the experience was life changing.

Immersed in his teachings I truly felt what it was like to live a yoga-inspired life. Armed with this knowledge of meditation, breathwork and movement it is a privileged and obligation to share my understanding with others.

I have a holistic approach to health and well-being and know that each person is unique and requires individual attention and care. This is why it is a joy for me to create unique classes that move you into different spaces of the body and ignite happiness in both body and mind.

Whether you are in the mood for a sweaty vinyasa, a yoga sculpt class, work on handstands and arm balances or simply a rest and reset I would be honoured to guide you in your practice.
