Kasia Pikula

Yoga Instructor
My name is Kasia. I am a yoga teacher and a RAW&Plant Based Food lover who strongly believes in a holistic approach to our being.
I grew up in Poland, where I studied law before moving to France to pursue a career as a lawyer. After several years of feeling disconnected and dissatisfied in my law career in Paris, I discovered my love for yoga. Yoga quickly became my way of life and I began to experience how this magical tool helped me to live a more present, aware and connected life.
It is through yoga philosophy, together with changing my approach to food, that I started to feel connected to my true self again, restoring the inner peace that I lost somewhere along the way living a busy modern life.
Eventually, I decided to leave my law career behind and moved to Bali and India, my beloved lands, where I first learnt from the most wonderful teachers, and then later began to share the holistic approach to nourishing and balancing the MIND, BODY and SOUL through YOGA, connection with nature, ancient ways of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda, sound and music, high vibrational, healthy, energising and colourful food – all of these treated as easily approachable tools to well being, health and self-discovery.
The way we nourish our BODY and MIND, the way we move, the way we breath, the way we dance, the way we rest, the way we think, the way we feel, the way we react, the way we speak … it all matters. Taking the above to consideration, through a conscious and holistic approach towards the BODY and MIND, I try to guide others to create a better connection with the SOUL as I believe this is what allows us to lead a happy and peaceful life, which can be challenging in modern times. Yoga helps us on the journey towards peace, calm and joy. Knowing that it could help others the way it helps me every day, makes my heart happy and fulfilled.
