Meet Kate Arnott

Kate is an Integrative Nutritionist (Bsc) and Yoga teacher (500hrYTT) passionate about health and wellbeing. A combination of her studies and personal experience lead her to gain a deeper understanding of just how profound the impact of emotions and trauma can be on the physical body. This prompted her to further her studies in Yoga, Polyvagal theory and Kinesiology. Kate draws on a variety of modalities in both her clinical practice and teaching space in order to guide her clients and yogis towards gaining a deeper understanding of their bodies; how their bodies react to stress; and practices to balance the Autonomic nervous system in order to access greater harmony and balance in mind, body and soul.
Kate has been teaching since 2017 in a variety of different spaces around South Africa including the Sabi Sands and the North Coast. She teaches vinyasa yoga and focuses primarily on the breath, alignment and how various postures and ways of moving impact our physical bodies. Her classes are strong, yet suitable for all levels.
