Tana Trzebinski
Yoga Instructor
Yoga for me is the ever evolving path home to self. With a background in dance and performance, movement has always been at the heart of everything I do – a medium through which I connect and experience the world around me. I found yoga at a very turbulent time in my life, finding solace in the practice that rooted me in the present moment – discovering stillness for what felt like the first time in my life. Letting go of the pressure to ‘perform’, giving myself permission to be where I am, exactly as I am without judgment felt like finally – coming home. My desire to share the practice with others through teaching was birthed organically out of my own inner transformation – it is a privilege to share this practice every day. I completed my 200hr YTT with The Shala and I teach from what I hope is a warm, playful energy, aiming to give students an opportunity to challenge their minds and bodies and connect to their authentic self. Always a student, I am committed to this path of constant introspection and living with my heart open, imperfectly learning as I go.
